Faye&Fleur would like to make this process as simple as possible and currently are only shipping within the UK.  (This does not include purchasing through affiliate programmes) 

Any orders placed over the price of £17 meets the free delivery criteria for UK delivery. 

Faye&Fleur aim to process and despatch orders within 2 days, ideally keeping within 3-5 working days.  This is all subject to stock availability and if there are any delays Faye&Fleur endeavour to contact you via your email.  Please take into consideration that Faye&Fleur are not responsible for any delays by courier services.   If for any reason you do not receive your order after 10 working days, kindly contact Faye&Fleur at contact@fayeandfleur.co.uk.

No orders will be processed on Sunday or Bank Holidays. 

If you require any special delivery please contact Faye&Fleur and we will endeavour to do the best we can with the appropriate fee.
